Modica Chocolate is the chocolate with the highest concentration of cocoa mass, due to its particular and unique preparation process which does not involve the extraction of cocoa butter, but uses the entire seed. Rich in flavonoids, with great nutritional and health qualities, we offer our revisited version with the addition of whole hemp seeds.
Its processing, which takes place almost cold (max 35/40°), allows its organoleptic characteristics to be kept unaltered and therefore to be able to fully enjoy flavors and aromas of time gone by. All this differentiates it from other types of chocolate, making it original and therefore one of a kind.
The variant with hulled hemp seeds enhances the qualities of Modica chocolate with all the properties contained in hemp and gives it a particular nutty aftertaste.
