CBD dressing for salads: a very easy and quick recipe

Hemp oil has many beneficial effects on the body, such that it can be taken as a real food supplement or used as a natural remedy, for example against cholesterol.

This is possible because hemp oil contains vitamins (A, E, B1, B2, PP, C) , amino acids, mineral salts (iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus) and phytosterols. It is also one of the few plant sources of alpha linolenic acid, which allows for the perfect balance between Omega-3 and Omega-6 . In nature there is no other food that can guarantee the same proportion (3 to 1), the ratio also recommended by doctors and nutritionists.

It obviously also contains cannabinoids, but the THC level is very low, if not non-existent. Therefore the recipe we propose, for the preparation of a dressing with hemp oil and CBD , has no psychoactive effects.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of white wine
  • 50 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 50 ml of hemp oil
  • 100ml of water
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ½ lemon (juice only)
  • herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram)
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 drops of CBD oil

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients, perhaps using an immersion blender; if necessary, dilute with water. To preserve the dressing, keep it in the fridge for a few days. To take advantage of all the properties of CBD, add a few drops of CBD oil before using it to dress salads or vegetable dishes, or to season meat and fish.
