A simple recipe for a rather particular hot chocolate, perfect for warming the chest and stimulating the mind during the cold winter evenings.
Ingredients (Serves approximately 2 people):
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ gram of finely ground inflorescences
- 60g of unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Combine the milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. After the salt and sugar have dissolved, add the finely chopped cannabis. Bring to just below the boil and add the chocolate. Turn off the heat, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. We suggest letting the hot chocolate rest a few minutes before serving. We topped ours with whipped cream and nutmeg, but some vanilla or marshmallows would also be perfect.
If you prefer not to use inflorescences, you can safely use pure CBD oil as an alternative.
