DELIVERY METHODS
MamaMary will only accept orders to be delivered in the Italian territory and in the Republic of San Marino. The products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the order confirmation email sent by TWOEF LTD 66b Triq Ix -Xatt, Sliema SLM 1351 Vat MT29457921.
The order, if all the products are available, is generally prepared within 24 hours after the payment has been made.
For each order placed on the Site, the Customer can request an invoice for the goods purchased and shipped by sending an email to info@mamamary.io with all the data and VAT number specifying in the subject "INVOICE REQUEST" (pursuant to art. 22 paragraph 1 Presidential Decree 633/72 and subsequent amendments).
For available goods, delivery will normally take place within the times indicated.The company is not liable for any delays due to unforeseen events beyond its responsibility.
The Site will calculate shipping costs based on some parameters dictated by national couriers and the Customer can check the cost of shipping at the end of completing the order by reading the summary under "Shipping". Shipping costs tend to be fixed at € 6 for Italy and € 10 for abroad but this can change according to market conditions. In some cases shipping costs are FREE.
The Customer is required to carefully check the order summary and the costs listed in order not to run into problems of various kinds before sending the order and especially BEFORE PAYMENT.
METODI DI CONSEGNA
MamaMary accetterà solo ordini con consegna nel territorio italiano e nella Repubblica di San Marino. I prodotti verranno consegnati tramite corriere espresso all'indirizzo indicato dal Cliente al momento dell'ordine entro e non oltre 5 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricezione da parte del Cliente dell'e-mail di conferma dell'ordine inviata da TWOEF LTD.
L'ordine, se tutti i prodotti sono disponibili, viene generalmente preparato entro 24 ore dall'avvenuto pagamento.
Per ogni ordine effettuato sul Sito, il Cliente può richiedere fattura della merce acquistata e spedita inviando una email all'indirizzo info@mamamary.io con tutti i dati e la Partita IVA specificando nell'oggetto “RICHIESTA FATTURA” (ai sensi dell'art. 22 comma 1 DPR 633/72 e successive modificazioni).
Per la merce disponibile la consegna avverrà normalmente nei tempi indicati. TWOEF LTD non è responsabile per eventuali ritardi dovuti ad imprevisti indipendenti dalla propria responsabilità.
Il Sito calcolerà le spese di spedizione in base ad alcuni parametri dettati dai corrieri nazionali ed il Cliente potrà verificare il costo della spedizione al termine del completamento dell'ordine leggendo il riepilogo alla voce “Spedizioni”. Le spese di spedizione tendono ad essere fissate a 6€ per l'Italia e 10€ per l'estero ma questo può variare in base alle condizioni di mercato. In alcuni casi le spese di spedizione sono GRATUITE.
Il Cliente è tenuto a verificare attentamente il riepilogo dell'ordine ed i costi elencati per non incorrere in disguidi di varia natura prima dell'invio dell'ordine e soprattutto PRIMA DEL PAGAMENTO.
Tempi di consegna, che generalmente sono 24/48h e 48/72h per le Isole e casi particolari, dopo la spedizione. Eventuali ritardi non dipendono da TWOEF LTD che in ogni caso si impegna a mediare e cercare di risolvere con il corriere eventuali problemi legati alla consegna. Il Cliente, con l'accettazione delle presenti condizioni generali di vendita, esonera TWOEF LTD da ogni responsabilità al riguardo.
TWOEF LTD si impegna a consegnare la merce entro 10 giorni lavorativi dall'invio da parte di TWOEF LTD dell'e-mail di conferma dell'ordine al Cliente.

The Customer, by accepting these general conditions of sale, exempts TWOEF LTD from any liability in this regard.
TWOEF LTD undertakes to deliver the goods within 10 working days from the sending by TWOEF LTD of the order confirmation email to the Customer.
