Freselle are part of the Apulian tradition, they are wheels of stale bread and here they are revisited with the addition of hemp flour ( 20% min), which gives them an even more pleasant flavour.

Ideal in summer as a substitute for bread, they are immersed in cold water to soften their consistency, and then seasoned with pieces of tomato, salt or capers, and extra virgin olive oil.
